About Department : PMO Department of JSW GBS with 10 employees working towards Transition & Transformation, Projects & Reporting & Analytics for JSW Group.

About Role: With the growing need of transition, centralized Solution & transitions team having process capabilities, especially in all Finance & Accounts functions.

Graduation details are:

1. Finance & Accounts Transition
2. Solution planning and conducting due diligence
3. Good at client / stakeholder management
4. Technology, process, skill and headcount assessment capabilities
5. Core transition experience (should have managed End to end ITES/BPO/Captive BPO Transitions) primarily in Finance & commercial in domestic environment
6. Process transformation

Graduation details are: Minimum Graduation in relevant stream

Range of Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in F&A.
PMP Certification or equivalent will be an added advantage
Exp in Commercial and HR Process - Good to have
Shared Services/BPO sector experience is must
Candidate should be doing minimum 100 FTE Transition per year in his/her current organization and End to End five transistion as minimum qualifier for the position.
