Job details are
Overall in charge of all NEXA car dealership channel.
Sales Target Achievement of all outlets (Channel NEXA).
Developing the dealership territory.
Policy & Procedure Implementation
Coordination with Principal.
MIS Reporting, data analysis and planning for target achievement.
Responsible for brand promotion & lead conversion.
Mapping potential customers & generate leads.
Develop & achieve strategic marketing & sales plan.
Forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
Manpower recruitment & development
Team building and motivation with leadership skills.
Ensuring customer delight

Payscale details are: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
